Stand near the door
Now start at the left. Go around the room clockwise and choose five items that you can easily remember. If those items are a little bit big, that’s good. Useful things to want would be a desk, TV, refrigerator, microwave, sink, computer, etc.
Number them 1 to 5. Now go to the next room and do the same thing. But when you are numbering, those items start from 6 and end from 10.(because you are talking only five elements).
So go to every room and do the same thing. But don’t take the same item from two places. Let’s assume you took 25 items.
These locations are going to be places where you are going to metally store data in your mind palace.
Now once you have these locations in your room with numbers, then you close your eyes and say all the items with the names 1 to 25.
